Mplayer ce 5.0 problem

I am having a odd problem trying to boot mplayer ce 5.0 from HBC. It hangs up on this message:\

Please review that you have mplayerCE in the right folder
sd:\apps\mplayer_ce

the odd thing is, I do have it in the right directory




My wii stats:

wii menu 4.0 North america
HBC is up to date
Bootmii installed
dvdx installed (version that came with bootmii)
No usb 2.0 cios (please make new version of instaler for 4.0)
8gb sdhc card

It looks like, Mplayer CE does not support SDHC cards

its made by team twizzers and it says its SDHC compatible

Here is another thing, after installing bootmii every homebrew app can load but cannot access the SD card. Any program can load and then gives me an error saying it can't read anything off the sd card.

Well, I couldn't find anything about SDHC support on MplayerCE's WiiBrew page.

Anyway, it looks like your problem is a general one.
(and beyond my knowledge)

I've never had a problem running Mplayer from my SDHC card.

From what you both have written it seems to be a problem stemming from Bootmii

HBC 1.0.2 is NOT compatible with SDHC just yet, it was broken :-(. As for MPlayerCE...can't help ya there.
