Wii and Gamecube Cheats

From what I understand, using Gecko OS (Ocarina) allows you to use cheat codes for the Wii. (Much like an AR). So I'm wondering if AR cheat codes for the Wii are compatible with Gecko OS (Ocarina).*

My Second question is that is there a homebrew cheat application for the gamecube? (much like Gecko OS is for the wii)

*I did some googling and couldn't find an AR Wii...there probably isn't one. (So if there isn't, ignore that question)

Yes, gecko os lets you apply cheats to your games.
There isn't a program that can do this for GC games, and I don't think there ever will be.....

There is an Action replay for the Wii?
