Adding your own Youtube Videos in MPlayer CE

You mean upload your own videos?.....I don't really see why not. That would actually be pretty cool.

I am unfamiliar with how it works, is there a list of videos you can watch or something? if so, you should be able to just download the source, change the videos and recompile. but ut may work differently to that, as I said, i'm unfamiliar with the setup.

Yea theres basically a list of videos when you open youtube, but it seems to load from a youtube account online as they have videos under "favorites" and "subscriptions" and its usually about homebrew and whatnot. :O

That's true. I've wondered this too. Isn't it some kind of feed URL or something? And if so, there's gotta be a string in one of the included files.

The URLs are defined in menu.conf. For example, the "subscriptions" URL is "http://fallback.extremscorner.co.cc/wii/yt/playlist.php?view=newsubscriptionvideos&channel=ExtremsCorner". I'm sure you could change the URLs, but I don't know how to make a playlist that the program would recognize.

Just change the URLs in the menu.conf :
From
"http://fallback.extremscorner.co.cc/wii/yt/playlist.php?view=newsubscriptionvideos&channel=ExtremsCorner"
to this
"http://fallback.extremscorner.co.cc/wii/yt/playlist.php?view=newsubscriptionvideos&channel=[YOUTUBEACCOUNTNAMEHERE]"

Just tried that and it works. Don't know why I didn't think of that.

Just use an ordinary text editor.

The Subscriptions worked. Does anyone know how to make the favorites work? I tried the same thing for favorites it didnt work
