When I load it as a wad or a dol. It shows 2 groups of numbers. It looks like it says Mode Dump at the beggining of the second group of numbers but I cant tell scince the writing is too blury.

it probably says code dump... you probably got a bad compiled version, go to the Wii64 thread here and download that version, there is a link on page 7 or 8....
