HB Channel boots 99% apps = Black screen

Ok,

My brothers wii was on version 3.(4 or something, it wasn't 2 though) and i downgraded it to 3.2. Under the HB channel the only apps that work are Wiigators GC loader(for imports) and the IOS downgrader. Snes9xgx,Vba,wii64 and just about everything else ive tried just boot and hang on a black screen. I did the whole downgrade a while back and unfortuanly cant really remember anything i installed/uninstalled :(

Any help would be seriously appreicated.

Upgrade to 4.2 and dop-mii everything to the latest versions. Good chance the downgrade broke something and there is no reason to downgrade.
