i have been trying to use wiimc but i dont understand how to use the ISO thing can someone help me?

Put the apps folder on the SD Card, and launch the installer from the Homebrew Channel.

i did that but when i did it said i needed DOP mii but cant that brick my wii? how do i make it work right?

You must run the cIOS installer on a a trucha bugged IOS. If none of your IOSes have the trucha bug, use DOP-Mii to install IOS 36 with fakesigning. Doing this will not brick your wii.
