Is it possible to link a Wii Gba emulator to a Wii Gamecube game?

Well here is an example of what i am talking about i have the Visual Boy advance emulator for my wii using the home brew channel. say i want to put pokemon into a game such as Pokemon Colosseum i want to get my Pokemon from Pokemon sapphire to Pokemon Colosseum using no cables is there any programs for home brew or anything that can do this within the wii or something? and is this idea makeable?

Not within the Homebrew Channel, sadly. Only official way to transfer a Pokemon from Sapphire to Coliseum is to play it on an actual cartridge or a flash kart and connect the GBA to the Wii via the GBA - GCN cable.

I also doubt this is possible in any way.
