I tried to use wii24 and shop channel so i went to wii internet settings and it asked "do u want to use shop channel and 24 connect" i said yes.

but then the screen just goes back to the main screen.

also when i went to anyregion changer the EULA tab is set at "disabled" i cannot change it to "read" or "unread"

where can i get the EULA to work?
