AnyRegion Change - Stuck Upgrading 2.2u to 3.2u

I seem to be stalled on upgrade to 3.2u using latest AnyRegion. I'm moving from 2.2u to 3.2u

Steps Taken:
Copied Twighlight Exploit and ARC renamed as boot.dol to my SD root.

Set up the Twighlight Exploit and ran successfully.

ARC kicked off successfully. I arrowed down to the upgrade section and the started the upgrade. No changes were made to the region settings

Current Situation:
My screen is stopped with the following:

PatchMii Core by bushing et. al.
Initializing Network......
Error! ISFS_Open (ret = 106)
Downloading Title 1-30 v1040.... (this could also be v1840 - my screen is very small)
TMD..Done
Title..Done

I checked with folks on the #wiihelp IRC the only response was "Wait until it tells you to reset/turn off."

It's been in this state for >30 minutes. I don't think this is good.

Questions:
What's supposed to happen next?

Any idea how much data it needs to download?

Can I restart the process at this point with out bricking the console?

UPDATE:

Seems to still be percolating. Just got a couple more lines:

ES_Decrypt returned -1017

Content 1/15 ID: 00000015..\

So will let it run a bit longer. Maybe just a slow internet connection?

"byname" might be something else - hard to read the font on this small TV I use for testing. :-)

For those 20 souls who've read this thread - this entry is for you. :-)

I got one more line of output from the program after abour 2 hours. It was...

Then after another couple hours the ARC exited to it's warning menu. So I accepted it again and it took me back into the ARC program. I tabbed down to the bottom and exited to system menu. I was still at 2.2u but at least I hadn't bricked the console.

CONCLUSION:
I either needed WC24 activated which I can't now because I never have and it now requires you to agree to the Nov 17th EULA
--or--
My wireless connection was unstable and therefore I could not download the necessary files from NUS.

In any event it seems that it took six hours for the program to run its course and finally timeout.

I'm going to either find a copy of a 3.2 game and upgrade that way or get a USB wired internet adapter for the console.

If anyone would care to comment on my errors or use of ARC I would still appreciate your thoughts.
