Wii64 Classic controller doesnt work properly

I just got a Wii Classic Pro controller so couldn't wait to play some good 'ol fashioned f-zero x but it doesn't recognize the axis, neither of them :/ only the d-pad works in the menus and thats it.

same problem with ocarina of time, i cant even enter my name ...

The Classic Controller Pro doesn't work the same as the regular old Classic Controller. I believe it is supported in newer updates to libogc though so if you wait for an update to Wii64 then it should work in that.
