Can you downgrad from Gecko OS 1.9.3.1 to 1.9.1?

I have Gecko OS 1.9.3.1 and i want to get codes too Wii Virtual Console but for that i need Gecko OS 1.9.1, can you downgrad too 1.9.1?

Delete 1.9.3.1 from your SD card, replace with 1.9.1. It's not official software, there's nothing to stop you downgrading.

But doing so will not help you. You need either a patched IOS36 or a cIOS in slot IOS249.

Is there any download for 1.9.1?

I don't know, try google. But like I said, it won't help.
