Yesterday did official update up to 4.3U finally. Then went and soft modded everything with latest BootMii and HackMii. I then loaded 3.9c. It seems that my wifi or Homebrew browser is having problems downloading files where it seems Homebrew just kind of freezes up and yes I know about the not having anything plugged in.
Second question what ios's do I need to load with 4.3U and the latest Boot Mii and HackMii?
