Snes9x Saving?

I dont know how to save my games on Snes9x and that really sucks when I have to Save Adventure Games.

I know there is Save points in the games butt Every time I save the Saves folder is always Empty...

There are save states built in. From memory, I think you can press the home button which brings you to the menu, and then there should be an option to freeze the state. Later you can load the state.

Make sure you have a saves folder next to your roms folder in the snes9x folder (which I believe is all in the root of your card).

Actually I have my save state folder next to my rom folder and every time I press the home button I get the black
screen of death and Im forced to do a hard reset from the unit....(Same as below)

And if I leave it on the black screen for more than a minute I get a high pitched buzzing noise that wont stop unless
I power off my wii from the unit.....

Try Snes9xGX instead then.
