Not getting e-mail notifications on my subscribed posts

I have my e-mail set up correctly and I am subscribed to a bunch of posts but I never get any notifications.
I have checked my junk mail folder too.

Is this a known problem?

Yeah, mail hasn't worked since day one... I can't do anything about it though. Its up to the admins to fix it.
