Block Communication

I think this could be useful. Then, if someone you don't want to talk to is sending you PMs, you could just block communications with them. Whaddy'all think? :P

I don't think it is needed.
If somebody really annoys you ith his PMs, tell him to stop.
If that doesn't work the mods might look into it.
