anti spam thingy

sometimes when i try to post a message and click "post message" i get the anti spam notice thingy so i cancel and go to the topic again and type exactly the same words and click post message the anti spam warning doesnt show
and the messages i type when i get the warning arent spam. For example, about 5 minutes ago i typed: "i know, that sucks"
and i got the anti spam warning

I'd like to know what this means too...

Dont type so fast. If you do, phorum will believe that you are a bot.

Also if you double click the "post message" button, you will get that.

seriously? maybe thats the problem.... i often get my posts suspected as spam. also happens when you post pretty much the same thing a couple of times, but thats understandable.

but one time a wrote a sorta long message and that came up, cant remember exactly what i wrote but i can assure you it wasnt spam and i didnt write too fast(i write slow)

If you put a lot of links in a post or repeat yourself with a lot with redundancies, you may also be considered a bot.

i dont post links that often, like 1 link for every what? 25 - 30 posts?
