Is it possible to run pal codes on an ntsc (US) version game run on a us wii? if so please reply!!!

No
it will not read the codes, if it is for a certain game say Super Smash Brothers Balls, it uses RSBE01 for the text file
while the PAL game uses RSBP01 for the codes and gecko will ONLY look for that file for that specific game. And the codes are different for the different region.
