IOS Application problem

Whenever I try to use an app on my 3.4U Wii that requires an IOS that allows fakesigning, I always get a variety of errors. These apps include PatchMii, Anyregion Changer, and xyzzey. I wanted Anyregion to change my Wii's version to 3.2, but it required a fakesigning IOS. I attempted to get that IOS with PatchMii, but it wouldn't work with 3.4U. I needed 3.2U to use Starfall, and I wanted to back up my Wii with xyzzey in case of a possible brick.

I'm not sure how I can get a IOS that allows fakesigning when I have 3.4U. Any possible help?
