Downgrading 3.4 + oct 23 update ?

Yes, I did them both.
Trouble is, I learned about HBC/Twilight Hack/etc after I did them :P

Is there any way to downgrade my wii from firmware 3.4E+Oct 23 update ?

The homebrew channel can be installed and work perfectly in 3.4

Why would you want to downgrade?

to use things like patchmii, etc and things that exploit the signing bug :)
