Does it run good? How does it work? Boot off of a cd or the sd card? Any help would be great.

Off a Secure digital (SanDisk card), runs slow.

How do I get the isos off my Saturn discs for free? And is there any possibility that It will eventually boot off the original disc, or a dvd if the Saturn CD is unusable in the Wii?
