SDHC support in homebrew on sys.menu 4.1

Hi, I've got a question concerning SDHC cards on system menu 4.1 (USA)
Does SDHC support on 4.1 mean automatic SDHC support in homebrew too, or is it seperate?

It depends. Most applications support it, however.

Homebrew has had SDHC support for a very long time before Nintendo ever got around to it.

Any homebrew compiled vaguely recently (last ~1 year I'd guess) will have SDHC support, regardless of System Menu. Any homebrew which has SDHC will have SDHC regardless of System Menu, and any homebrew which doesn't, won't, regardless of System Menu.
