I am a research who works with people recovering from surgeries in the knee such as ACL repairs and knee replacements. A common problem after these surgeries is the inability to stand on both legs equally (50/50 balance). Since people cannot achieve this they cannot play the Wii Fit games. If there were a way to say program the wii to think the person had 50/50 balance when they have 60/40 balance this would enable them to play. As they got better I could change the calibration until eventually they were at 50/50 balance. This would be a tremendous aid to rehabilitation. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this?
