4.2 update

I got the game Monster Hunter Tri for my birthday yesterday, and I wanted to know if there's anyway I could update my wii without doing it through nintendo so that I could play the game without nintendo raping my wii and preventing me from putting homebrew on my wii ever again.

The game Monster Hunter Tri has a 4.1 update. You could install it from disk, or block it with priiloader. The game runs on ios55, so have this up to date with dop-mii and you should have no trouble.

Did it means it will not run on 3.2U? I'm afraid to update my firmware from 3.2U to 4.1U because it could brick my wii although I have read some guides to do it. I think, I'll update it if MH3 only works on 4.1U. Thanks

There's no risk to updating with the game to 4.1, but you can stay on 3.2 and to play the game without updating run it with Gecko OS
