Switching SD to SDHC after System Update 4.0?

I've had the HBC installed and running homebrew apps for quite a while now....now that the Wii supports SDHC, I'd like to move my stuff from SD to SDHC. Can I just copy everything from my SD card to a new SDHC card without any problems?

I don't know about formatting it, i know with the normal SD on 2.x-3.4 you have to format it to FAT 16, with 4.0 maybe they can at least support FAT32?

Also, I don't think existing apps that don't currently support SDHC would gain automatic support for it just from the update.
You might lose functionality on some apps.

Apps that dont currently support SDHC wont load anything from SDHC cards. If thats a problem, you only need to recompile the apps under the latest libfat.
