Can I hack my 4.3J Wii with a US game?

I have a Japanese Region Wii running 4.3J. I know I'm sounding like a parrot, but are you saying that I can hack my 4.3J wii with a us region of Yu-Gi-Oh 5Ds Wheelie Breaker? My 4.3J doesn't require the Japanese Region of the game? Just trying to make positively sure before purchasing the game. Thank you for your response.

You can't play a US game on a Japanese Wii. You need a Japanese game.
