Installing HomeBrew with hardmod

I wish to install homebrew channel on a 4.3 system with a mod chip.

Is there a way of installing homebrew channel via DVD-R disk?

No. It takes a exploit and a sd card.

You don't need a modchip to install Homebrew. What you will need:

2GB (Not SDHC or anything higher than that) SD card
and either:
-Super Smash Bros Brawl
-LEGO Indiana Jones 1
-Yu-Gi-Oh 5Ds Wheelie Breakers

I have the same question. Is there anyway installing HomeBrew with out buying any those 3 WII games. :(

You can use Bannerbomb or Letterbomb to install homebrew without using any games.
