Homebrew Browser

Hi, I'm new to the 'hacking' world and need help.
So I was trying to get the Homebrew Browser to show up on my Homebrew Channel but it won't.
And I do have everything I need on my SD card so I don't know what I'm doing wrong.....
Things on SD card: boot.dol icon.png settings.xml meta.xml and loop.mod
Are those all the things needed???

yes but they need to be in a folder inside a folder called "apps"

so:

sd://apps/hbbrowser/boot.dol, icon.png, etc

*YOUR SD CARD*://apps/homebrew_browser/meta.xml, icon.png, etc.

I HAVE A SIMILAR PROBLEM..
I HAVE THE HOMEBREW PROGRAM ON MY WII. IT WORKED FINE LAST NIGHT BUT NOW WHEN I TRY TO USE , IT LOADS THE HOME SCREEN BUT IT IS COMPLETLY BLANK. THERE ARE NO TABS LISTED (EX:GAMES DOWNLOADED OR THE ICON FOR THE HOMEBREWW BROSWER) ... HOW CAN I RESTORE MY BROWSER ????? I CANT USE HOMEBREW WITHOUT IT...
