Savegame Manager requires a cIOS as far as I know, but that is against the rules for discussion here, so you're on your own if you try to get one installed.
Gecko OS's rebooter function does not work with a fully updated Wii, it requires ES_DiVerfiy in IOS36 which has been removed by Nintendo because it was used by homebrew stuff.
One option that doesn't require any patched IOS or cIOS or anything like that is Savegame Dumper and Savegame Installer. These are two seperate apps that require you to insert the game whose save you wish to dump/install, respectively, and then press a button to dump/install that save.
