Mega Merged System Menu 4.0 thread (aka "is it done yet?")

Please relaxe, we all want the new hack, but it takes time, and please give the creator that.

how about releasing the source code so long so that more than 1 developer can work on the hack and people can see something is happening. Instead of just bitching about it. Everytime i see there are new posts i get all excited to find that it is just another idiot moaning and groaning about it taking so long!

I think I know of a way to get the HBC on Wii Menu 4.0u. Of course I cant do it but anyway, I get the data.bin of the homebrew channel. But here is the twist, instead of it just being there, I think it might be possible to disguize it as a channel on the SD card that was copied from the System Menu. Then you could just load it from the Sd card menu. Its a little complicated, but I think if I can get sombody, team twiisers, maybe, to try this, I think it will work. It may be even more likely if there was a PC app that lets you put in your Wii number and it makes it for you.

Yeah, I had my doubts, but I couldnt see any other way. You have any ideas? BTW im using Wii internet, so im a little slow to reply.

The homebrew without zelda torrent has files which when i drop into my sd card and read it on the wii says homebrew channel, But it won't load. So not working on my end anyways.....

Well, it's not really supposed to. That was one of the goals (or one of our problems) with the 4.0 update.

torrents are not the best place to get homebrew...

Yes well atually it worked on my Friend's Wii but now something happened to his SD Card but It really worked. =p

(sometimes exploits are held back for timing reasons, not because there are too few developers)
