Since people have made Doom and Quake for the wii on the homebrew channel, what about House of the Dead 1??

Its an arcade game, and its also not open source. A port would be unbelievably difficult and strictly illegal.

House of The Dead 1 is also for PC, but I don't know if it is still illegal or not

Simply using the name is enough to breach copyright, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't go down well with the publisher.
