Looking for a way to...

I have an American Wii and the firmware is 3.2U. The thing is that I would like to convert it to a fully functional Korean Wii without losing any homebrewing capabilities and without a modchip. Is there any way to pull it off or is it impossible? I also happen to have Korean version of Super Mario Galaxy...
