help please problems!

hi i've been trying for a week to set up homebrew channel on my pal v3.3E nintendo wii and i have followed every guide but i always have the same problem - when i talk to the man in twilight princess the process starts but then the screen fills up with messages:
start cluster=????
start cluster=????
start cluster=????
start cluster=????
start cluster=????

and goes on for ages really want to get this working, appreciate any help in advance

Are you using the latest save files?

do you have boot.elf in the root of your SD card? Is your SD card formatted to FAT16?
