Wii Menu Skins?

I doubt it has been suggested before. It would be relatively pointless, aside for showing off the power of hacks. There are three ways one could go about doing this. One would be... a hacked IOS? Another would be hooking up a USB gecko and using a cheat on the Wii Menu to change the color of the Menu. And finally, one could write a homebrew app that acts like the Wii menu but with the aforementioned custom scheme.

Pointless, Yes, but a lot of people enjoy this kind of customization. I'm sure it would be popular, albeit it's usefulness.
