WiiLoad.exe

Does anybody have a download link for the wiiload.exe? I was reading on one of the Wiiload pages that it is included with the homebrew channel download. Well i downloaded it and it isn't. Any sources or mirros i could get it from?

or there are some gui versions as well, near the bottom of that page. I recommend the first one in the "third party extensions" section.
