USB Gecko driver support USB 2.0?

USB Gecko driver support USB 2.0?

Just what the topic says, can I use USB Gecko to send stuff to the Wii at USB2.0 speed? If not, what is the limiting factor? The driver is (c) 2009 so I would hope it supports it.
