Problem converting elf to dol?

Tried to convert using the release from Yossi "24603_ELFDOL_Converter_windows" and did what it said ie. copied the bat and exe to apps. clicked on the exe and a window appeared very briefly then disappeared. Clicked on the bat file and when prompted pressed any key and the window disappeared. Then tried to drag an elf into both of them and when did it on the exe file, it created a small file briefly then once again disappeared. Anyone help a blind noob? Oh and I watched the youtube vid first. I also checked all the folders in apps and the elf files are still there with no sign of a dol?

AH HA! Sorted! Just found an update - clearly I wasn't being a complete noob just didn't have the latest file - works sweet now! Got the link:
