Wiibrew custom SDcard tribute

I decided to make a custom label for my wiibrew SD card. (an excuse to play around on photoshop I guess)
I peeled off my old label, scanned it in to get my dimensions, and recreated the label. I used the Wiibrew "wii faucet icon" the HBC water background. And I used (in one version) the Zelda Triangle to make an insert arrow, in "honor" of the Twilight Hack:




here are .png and photoshop versions of the two I made. [freefile.kristopherw.us]
Just print them original size on photopaper, split the photo by taking off the card stock backing, and attach to your SD card.

by direct download, you mean not following a link to a site with another link, then waiting to download...

[freefile.kristopherw.us] is good, but you need to quickly register.

post a picture if you do... my Mom does scrap booking too, so I brought it over to her to see if she had a small edge rounder...

Well, I got the card today and could not resist doing this right away but did not bother to round the corners.
I printed it on regular printer paper and applied clear packing tape on top of it and then used a scrapbooking gadget from my wife that converted into a sticker quite easily.

I wanted to post a picture but realized there is not a way to upload images directly into the forum.

Use mediafire. It provides an embed link for images which does work in this forum.

Here's a thought, and no, I haven't tried it yet, but that label should be small enough that you could print it onto a mailing address label, if you happen to have a sheet laying around. It wouldn't be all printed on photo paper, but you could then 'laminate' it with some clear scotch tape before cutting it out to give it some protection.

Just a thought, this is how I'll be doing it, since I currently don't have any photopaper handy.

The tape thing is what I do with paper id cards in my wallet to keep the ink from getting all over the inside of the photo holder sleeve thingies.
