Why is the LED red when i shutdown?

Why is my wii LED red when i shut down? Its always red, and i shut down normally. Its never yellow anymore. This cause problems bc i cant charge up my USB devices anymore.

Don't hold down the power button when you turn off your wii. Just tap it once.

Turn on WC24. If you recently installed Priiloader, you may need to change some of its settings.

what? priiloader shouldn't change any wii settings...

Ahh it was wc24. I didnt realize it would do anything. and i THINK when the LED is red usbs dont charge. I'll check with my ipod later. Actually it was my bro's and he uses the usb on the wii more then me.
