TBR doesn't downgrade IOS36, but a crappy tool by a certain infamous coder does.
As for the channel issue: I dunno how that is caused by only IOS36 being corrupted. Perhaps other IOS were downgraded too (quite possible if the tool I am thinking of was used).
The spanish coder with that downgrader, you mean? NintendoFreak should specify which tool he used, or tell us what the tool does, if it isn't supported here.
Anyway, every custom channel I check on ShowMiiWads says that IOS35 is used to load them. Is this IOS a default for that? Or official channels do load using another IOS?
