Can't connect to Homebrew browser

When I try to connect to the browser and after the "IP address successfully retrieved" message i get an error code of -116. I have wep and wpa both disabled. I start having this issue a couple of days ago. Anyone know how to fix it? Thank you in advance.

Is your wii connected to the internet?
How is the connection test?
Have you used the internet channel to see if it is truely connected?

For a few days the forums, and wiibrew was down for a bit something with a bug in the server, the server the browser connects too could be down still.

I'm also having this problem for the last two days (nov 1 and nov 2.)

Mario Kart can access the internet.

It's been a while since my last post but I still can't connect to the Homebrew Browser. I'm still geting that "read error -116" message. Could a file be corrupted or not working on my SD card? All my games that have wi-fi can connect to the internet.

I got it working. I was using v0.3.9. When i updated to v0.3.9b I was able to connect.
