Homebrew Channel on 4.2

If im in the wrong place, i apologise.

I have just loaded homebrew channel onto my Wii but have DVD.
There was no DVDX when installed the homebrew channel.

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction

DVDX is no more, Use wiimc to play your dvd's.

DVDX has been merged (sorta) with the Homebrew Channel. If you have a new Homebrew Channel and media player you do not need DVDX

Am i ok my kids still using bcc i player thru wi-fi and playing games online.

No problem, wiimc is a multi media app, you can play music listen to other things, play videos, dvd's, I messed with a little there is some stuff it will connect to play.

I can play DVD but no sound in composite.
I can play sound but no picture in AV.
Any ideas
