Options won't open after SmashStack

Ok so, I updated my wii to 4.3, and i used smash stack. It worked perfectly, but I can't get into wii settings (time, date, formatting, etc.) PLZ HLP!

What does it say when you try to access the Wii Settings? It sounds like a semi-brick due to region changing.

What do u mean, region changing? It just happened. It's either because of smash stack or because of my wiu menu texture hack.

If you put a Wii Menu theme on that's probably the cause. Reinstall a plain System Menu and it should work again.
