Anybody knows why DOP-SHOP page was removed some months ago?

No but you can just use DOP-Mii to do the same thing.

Yes, I know. I only asked it because I wanted to know if the application still being maintained because I wanna to update a link in another web page.

It was removed because it requires a patched IOS, which is completely unnecessary for what it does, and also goes against WiiBrew policy since HW_AHBPROT support was added to HBC. As bg4545 said, dop-Mii will do the job just fine.
