NAND Question

So I soft modded my wii (finally) the other day, and have been LOVING it. There's one minor problem. Before I really understood what I was doing, I downloaded some loader channels and stuff that didn't work quite right. Instead of uninstalling, I deleted the files. Now I'm missing a (likely) small amount of memory on my NAND. I'm wondering if there is a way to clean up my Wii's NAND. What options do I have?

You can load a title manager and remove the tickets of installed channels that where removed from data managment.

Thank You, that's very helpful. I see that wiibrew doesn't recommend a title manager. Are there any quality ones out there, does anybody know?
