Joystick problem?

Well I just got the Homebrew channel. I'm somewhat a newb. I had already done this a while ago until I mistakenly updated my, unknowingly that it would wipe out the homebrew channel. Anyway, a lot of games I download from the Homebrew browser aren't working. Well, I mean the joystick from the nunchuck isn't working for a lot of them, but not all. The nunchuck itself works, just not the joystick. It's really odd. Anyone know why and how I can fix it? I'm open to any suggestion..

Um, let's see, does not work in Zelda Twilight Princess? or something like that??, rather ... Um, open, well Put the joystick, C. Z or perhaps the cable .... Maybe you have to force the cable with something, so I solved mine: 3
