wii: Setup Guide, re-installation after formatting.

neither wiibrand or letterbomb comes up in the message (?)


* Mac Address = ok
* Calender date = ok
* System 4.3U = chosen correct!
* Sandisk 2Gb SD = formatted FAT-32
*Transcend 2Gb SD = same result!
* wiibrandlauncher = done!
* Letterbomb = tested!


I soft-moodded my wii by wiibrand-launcher "[warez guide removed.]
I tried to re-install the "hack-pack" apps but HBC couldn't load the SD.
After several attempt I reformatted wii system but the update stopped in error 32017.
To my surprise the system was updated anyway from 4.0U to 4.3U. Now I try to get HBC back but the message doesn't show up anymore.
Time to pay for the games which costs less then 5$ to produce but for 80$ in shops?

We don't support backups here. As for HBC, may have been something to do with loaders. You probably have no vulnerable IOSs, so replacing HackMii installer with DOP-Mii and changing an IOS(36, maybe?) version. That may not be the case, but most of the time it is.

@JjStAr none of that is the case.

As much as I don't want to help you because of your obvious interest in pirating games so you don't have to buy them, I will say you probably just have to start the exploits over from scratch. Make sure your Wii has the correct date, and perform the exploit again with it set to 4.3.

Also, many of the YouTube tutorials are not very clear or safe to follow. I would suggest you use my guide which is linked at the top of the Getting Started forum.
