Getting a save file from a content.bin file?

My Wii died recently and had to be sent in to Nintendo for repairs. They refurbished it and allowed me to redownload my Wiiware games but I lost my save files. I had copied My Pokemon Ranch to an SD card before my Wii died and I have a content.bin file for the game. Is it possible to get my save file from the content.bin file and load it to my refurbished Wii?

You cannot get a save file from the content.bin file. All save files are stored on the SD card as data.bin files. You had copied the channel to your SD card, which does not include the save file. The content.bin contains the channel itself and is useless on your new Wii since you can redownload the channel.
