Should I re-Letterbomb an already homebrewed wii?

I moved the Homebrew Channel to an SD card and now I can't run it. I lost the SD card I put the original Letterbomb on. I'm not sure if it's safe to redo the process. This might be a really dumb question, but I want to be as safe as possible.

It's safe to use Letterbomb again, just start the process over from the beginning.
