No point. There are already ways to put homebrew on a standard ISO filesystem and run it off a DVD.

sorry if i wasn't clear. I just want to know if it would be possible to make a loader that would only load the Open-Source Apploader, ISO template.
It could be useful for people without drive chips. It would also be useful if the system menu could be patched to load the iso from the recovery menu, that way we wouldnt have to install a mod chip.
