yes, dumper and loader.

Its my understanding that the legal problem lies in the banner code of WADs not necessarily just how they are loaded into the Wii.

then what about a way using the zelda tp hack?

The twilight hack is just a save file with a loader hacked into it. It does nothing but run elf and dol files on the root of the SD card. The homebrew channel's boot.dol is where all the action is at.

are you refering to yand? i dont know what dumpers are good or bad, i read about the illegal way, but thats not what i want.
